Gabriele Irwin Palmieri is an italo-american composer based in London. At the age of 6, he started music theory and piano lessons. After many years studying classical and jazz piano he begun the study of composition. While continuing his musical studies, he gained a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. Since 2004, he has been mainly dedicated to the composition of music for films, studying with composers Ezio Bosso and Luis Bacalov.

In 2005, he attended the Workshop in composition for audiovisual, in Gressoney Saint Jean, organized by "Strade del cinema", directed by Ezio Bosso. In 2006, he attended the Course in composition for films, at the Academia Musicale Chigiana, led by Luis Bacalov, where he obtained the scholarship and the Diploma of merit. Since 2007 he lives in London where he is attending the Master in Composition for Screen at the Royal College of Music.
